Mr. Tokarz is a certified ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) inspector who has met
the rigorous requirements to be a provider of The ASHI Experience, a
professional home inspection that combines the highest technical skills with
superior customer service.
Radon Measurement Credentials
Dave Tokarz, a professional radon measurement provider, has successfully completed over 100 hours of NEHA (National Environmental Health Association) certification training, has successfully completed the requirements for NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) certification, has been approved by the NEHA as a spokesperson, and is a qualified radon educator. All procedures used are in complete accordance with E.P.A. protocols
for the sampling and analysis of Radon gas.
Mold Testing Credentials
As an IESO trained Residential Mold Inspector, Mr. Tokarz is qualified to
perform mold inspections according to the IESO Standards of Practice. Since
there is no legislation regulating the field, it is difficult for a client to
determine a qualified inspector from an unqualified one. By completing
certification requirements, Dave is not only showing his clients that he has
received training and has the knowledge to perform a mold inspection based on
an industry standard, but also demonstrates to his clients a commitment to
professionalism.

has served on numerous Board of
Directors and committees of professional and
service organizations. Most
recently, he served as a Director of the Partnership Committee, which
