American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
The American Society of Home Inspectors is the largest and most acknowledged authority, resource membership organization in the home inspection industry. For additional information, contact ASHI by calling 800-743-ASHI or through their website www.ashi.org

For 28 years, the American Society of Home Inspectors has worked to build consumer awareness of home inspection and to enhance the professionalism of its membership. The ASHI Standards of Practice have served as the home inspector's performance guideline, universally recognized and accepted by professional and government authorities alike. Copies of the Standards are available free from ASHI, or from National Inspection Services. ASHI serves as a public interest group by providing accurate and helpful consumer information to homebuyers.

National Environmental Health Association (NEHA-NRPP)
The NEHA-NRPP is a nationally recognized certification program for radon professionals maintaining the highest level of ethics and quality, www.radongas.org

A person holding the residential measurement credential is qualified to place, retrieve, and interpret the results of a measurement device analyzed by a NEHA certified Analytical Laboratory. To attain this credential, Mr. Tokarz has received approved radon measurement training and passed a NEHA or U.S. EPA radon measurement exam and his radon measurement devices have been calibrated and certified as accurate.

Mr. Tokarz is a qualified speaker on the NEHA Radon Information Speakers Bureau, who is trained in the delivery of short public information programs regarding radon as it relates to health effects, and common measurement and mitigation techniques. Indoor Environmental Standards Organization (IESO)
The IESO is the foremost developer and provider of indoor environmental quality assessments standards that promotes public health, safety, and quality of life, www.iestandards.org

A CRMI, Certified Residential Mold Inspector, is trained to a rigorous inspection standard, follows a systematic checklist when collecting microbial samples, uses only ISO 17025 accredited laboratories, offers a cost-effective mold screen, has hands-on training experience with the latest equipment and technology available, is required to complete ongoing training and is tested to IESO standards.
